Refund policy

At SELFORA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unused and in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your item is:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • or you received the wrong product

please contact us immediately at support@selfora.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work quickly to resolve the problem.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them, unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
